definitely agree but my questions is how do I write an email where the recipent sees my professional domain name not my AOL account which is where I reply from?????

It is definitely not just as professional to have something like sales.widgets@gmail.com. It makes you appear like a small shop. All large companies have their email address @ their domain name. It is okay to go the gmail route just understanding that some consumers may not trust you as much with it.
